onTargetjobs, Inc. is seeking a highly creative and web savvy individual to fill the role of Internet Marketing Coordinator in a growing search engine optimization (SEO) and website traffic generation team. Responsibilities

• Contribute creative ideas for articles, web services, and other buzz generating tactics that appeal to the 18-26 web-savvy demographic

• Write compelling and succinct ad copy for online placement

• Study social media channels and report on the atmosphere, personalities, and hot buttons of these communities

• Develop profiles and become an active participant in social networking and social media websites on behalf of the onTargetjobs portfolio of web properties

• Conduct primary market research of our website users through online surveys

• Research and identify websites for content partnership and/or advertising opportunities

• Creative negotiation for backlink attainment

• Regular traffic and search placement analysis and reporting

• Internet research and competitive intelligence

• Contribute to SEO and traffic generation tactics as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field

• Highly web-savvy, particularly in social media and social networking

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Skilled in web search and internet research

• Highly intelligent with exceptional problem solving skills

• Thirst for knowledge and continuous learning

• Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and training
