Paladin has an immediate search of a talented Senior Interactive Art Director.

Overview

One of our agency client has an immediate need to fill a full-time Senior Interactive Art Director. The position will work on a variety of clients/categories. The salary range is between $75,000 to $90,000 depending on background and skill set.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years as a solid interactive art director

• Strong conceptual skills and strategic thinker

Job Requirements:

Concept Development: Develop or extend campaigns into interactive media that are strategically sound, instantly compelling and highly engaging.

Art Direction: Responsible for both the visual appearance and the usability of digital material. Must have solid command of traditional design principles, standard software tools and experience directing photographers, illustrators, retouchers, flash developers and HTML programmers.

Interactive Techniques: Advanced, hands-on command of skills needed to execute concepts with HTML, Javascript and Flash, or using code-generating programs such as Dreamweaver and Flash. Skills in cascading style sheets (CSS), e-commerce and server side technologies, such as PHP and DotNet are desirable. Knowledge of Silverline, Php and .net a plus!

Project Management: Experience managing and being accountable for meeting internal and external deadlines for multiple clients.

Presentation/Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to clearly explain and successfully sell great interactive creative both internally and externally.
