Okay, I’ll be honest - it’s like a train wreck that you can’t look away from, and I’m curious how much traffic there is for something like this. It’s basically all over google trends for the last few days. This is about as trashy of a post as they come, but figured I’d smut it up a little bit. Yes - both the traffic whore who has some baity ideas, and I both can identify a bit with dear Kristen. I have to go with with David Letterman’s top 10 explanation - seriously, have you ever BEEN to Albany?

Matt McGee has spent a lot of time and effort to build a pretty cool awards program for the best posts in search engine marketing - the SEMMY’s. I’m honored to be a part of it, and can only hope that one day we’ll have an awesome black tie, red carpet event to commemorate the greatness of our industry. I will be judging the Small Business category along with Andrew Shotland and Rae Hoffman.
I’ve been procrastinating a bit on an official announcement about joining up with Scott and Aaron for a little while now, but am happy to make it official with a blog post (okay, I really just didn’t want to explain a thousand times at pubcon). Scott and Aaron are two of the sharpest SEO/ SEM/ Internet guys I know, and I’m really humbled to be partnering up with them. I’ve been working with Scott and Aaron on several projects over the last five or six months, and our skillsets definitely complement one another nicely. I must say, it’s definitely nice to have sharp people to bounce ideas off of. I’m looking forward to a healthy mix of working on our own sites, and doing a very limited set of client work (site audits, consulting, and the like). More on Client Side Search Engine Marketing.
Please see below for resume submission details - if you can’t follow directions, you are automatically disqualified. This position is working directly with me and a partner.
I’m now back to a lovely fall day in Albany, after 3+ weeks overseas, and some time in Chicago, and back in Michigan. It’s been quite a ride, with more than a few air miles. I’m not going to archive the whole trip here, but I will have some posts over at Todd.Malicoat.org. Mostly, I wanted to take a bit of time here to thank all the great people who helped out on the trip in various capacities. The lovely vivacious Viva, and her sister Happy toured us around Manila and showed us their awesome Fashion Art Gallery deemed, of course - Fart. Anton Sheker, who helps to run a company based on custom order furniture.
