I think the idea is great and the overall concept is something to explore.
The name however including the cross-reference to that “Gay and Bisexual Holiday Resort” at the other domain http://www.elite-retreat.com really sucks.
First I thought that’s a hate-site, but it has been reg’ed a month earlier.. bad luck imho diluting the brand value quite a bit
