Elite Retreat sounds like a pretty good gig for those looking to understand SEO better. Rather than paying for a consultant, you can learn from multiple consultants about their given field, in an atmosphere that is still small enough to get some good face time. I think the idea is great and the overall concept is something to explore.
The name however including the cross-reference to that “Gay and Bisexual Holiday Resort” at the other domain http://www.elite-retreat.com really sucks.
First I thought that’s a hate-site, but it has been reg’ed a month earlier.. bad luck imho diluting the brand value quite a bit
