Google Adwords Censorship: Call to Action for Walmart Workers of Michigan
Since I recently sold my soul to Sam Walton by purchasing a Sam's Club card to make a purchase of my younger brother's laptop, for the same reason all of us do (It was cheap!), I feel morally obligated to make an anti-walmart post. This was a press release that came through my e-mail (ironically by a Google news alert), that details an advertisment removed by Google that urged workers to join a union. While I am most often anti-union, we do not live in a black and white world (which helps me to justify my lack of absolute resolve regarding free market issues), and if anyone needs a union it is the workers of Walmart. Also check out the "Michigan Walmart Workers" page. I figure I saved about $200 on my brother's laptop. It wasn't so bad considering neglected to look into the lifeless eyes (screaming "Kill me please - I hate you all!!!!"). Very off-topic today, but I had to vent.PRESS RELEASE: Google Adwords Censors Labor Unions
