consulting, affiliate marketing, search
engine optimization, pay-per-click management, text link purchases
and oh so much more. This is my attempt at documenting some of what
goes on in the wonderful world of Internet marketing with a bit of humor

probably do it more damage anyhow...run spyware

Google News Alerts
I really wanted to write an entry about how cool I think Google News Alerts are. I have a few search terms set up that I get all the news on once a day. These include the term "google" for which I MUST know everything, but also "search engine optimization" and a handful of other phrases. It is a great way to keep up on industry news! Generally, I just briefly peruse the headings, and if it looks interesting I skim the articles or read them later. If I'm really busy, I just delete them. The previous post which is a very good article actually came from an alert today. Gotta love information on demand.
